had food crumbs behind curtain and kids face marks all over sliding door
could hear doors opening & closing all the time and kids yelling in halls
the walls are exceedingly paperthin and there are kids running around throughout the hotel

the kids loved the scavenger hunt
like everything about this resort, especially the indoor pool that when it s raining, the kids can go in there
the location was wonderful and the on sight activities for the kids and adults are awesome
i loved how the kids had so much to do, parents could relax and the shuttle ran perfectly.
i just think it needs a little table for the kids to eat and not make a mess in the room.

kids in room next to us very loud all night
both kids and myself did it too but not as bad
plenty enough room for a night away with the husband and no kids
will definitely be back with kids
body wash in the shower was too high for the kids to reach

parking is a little tight and kids riding scooters in between the cars in the parking garage
that was fun explaining that to my kids
but there are family with kids and older citizen just waiting to get the key and get inside the hotel, it make
indoor pool was very cloudy, needed chemicals.
understand covid and there is no room service, but was not aware of this at booking and paying the full amount

especially the front desk but the house keeping woman was mean to my kids
having a cvs near by during any trip is incredible especially if you have kids
the front desk lady was very helpful and let the kids swim
pool and hot tub constantly filled with kids
the kitchenette do not get hot enough to get water to a rolling boil for mac and cheese(we have 2 kids)

if you get some kids splashing the pool water could easily splash in someone food
great location and excellent place to stay with the kids
like everything , large room with big , modern bathroom , great for family with kids, great location
