the pool was lovely for the kids
setting, the varied wildlife, the endlessly helpful staff, the super pool (great for little kids as well as
it was very windy so we didn't use the outer pool, some kids did

couldn t use the pool a lot because of a lot of random local kids were allowed to play in the outside space
adults and kids with a mountain of 3 different cereals in one bowl only not to eat it , same with the pastries

room, on the 3rd floor had no wifi most of the time and the tv reception in it was very poor
the pool bar was not open, it was extremely run down

get towels in the evening until we warned them we don't have them,room smelled badly,and on the parking is a

a berber authentic name with meaning, we stayed in the largest family room with 2extra beds for 2 kids, the kids
have been forced by the system to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids (1 year old and 7 year old)
have to pay for extra filter coffee at breakfast and wifi in room very slow as is the tv
good wifi thru out the hotel

the first day kids came down with a sickness bug
food was amazing (and as a vegetarian there were so many options in the lunch and dinner buffet) kids loved
all in all, if you don't mind having a lot of kids around, we very much recommend this place for a stay in
