loud because the rooms are above a sports club where boys and men are playing soccer, shrieking kids being given

staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my family (wife, kids and parents)

i first came they put me in an old room with a broken door and a dirty fridge and also the kids next door was
pool area was attractive, large swimming pool plus a small, shallow pool on the side for kids
check in till 4 pm - kids were unable to enjoy the pool which closes at 6 we were told
i recommend this hotel to everyone, swimming pool is great, it's like my second home in fez, kids loved it

the place is just old and not worth that much of money, also a lot of kids in the pool a lot of noises
