i had to call down for extra blankets because of my kids and she was not rude about me calling back to back
my kids slept n the sofa bed and were bitten by bugs and had a rash from bites
the pool was fun for the kids and the poolside bar was good
and need more entertainment for kids and
unsafe for kids to play

in room loud kids running around (you could hear em thru the walls) i accidently rebooked, and after contacted
area needs more supervision when kids are in it
of really loud kids screaming at the pool, then again in the courtyard right outside my room
paid over --- dollars for this room it was bad air old and musty kids were swimming late
and roaches the bathroom had mold in the shower and the floor had not been mopped in months my kids feet was

breakfast was a bagged lunch that you pick out and it was wrong everytime
breakfast menu was a bit weak
having a full kitchen and the room setup.
kitchen was nicely appointed
breakfast was hot and delicious with many choices
