with lots of kids running about it made a lot of noise in the room
the hotel's fault but there was a lot of annoying kids and parents who didn't care to keep them under check
we had a suite with 2 rooms that was great for a couple with 2 kids
i thing that for the size of the hotel, the place could have another one (maybe one just for kids)
the pool area was clean and user friendly with loungers provided

the kids menus are a bit limited
plus the weather was chilly so not pool weather
the pool was a very good size

clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking places, great for kids (dedicated outdoor space)
the staf is very friendly, good breakfast and i was able to park my motorcycle on the spacious parking lot
plus points also that the hotel is pet-friendly (i did not have a pet with me, but it was good to know)
last but not least wifi was also hit and miss, but this alone, if the other two problems had not occurred,
pool was close

we also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which offered views of the surrounding mountains
the pool and spa were excellent
for early risers (me) it would be nice for the pool to be open earlier (currently opens at 9am)
