the booking went wrong so we ended up without space for our two kids
kids loved the pool and were virtually living in it for the two weeks of our stay
guest, there were cockroaches, keys stopped working 3 times, we ordered mozzarella sticks for the kids with room
too much noise with kids in the pool area early morning.

is open to people outside the hotel, thus making it less peaceful and over crowded with kids and non-guests

since we were traveling with kids, food was left on the floor, and although the bed was made and trash removed

i was at the pool at the night and i don t know how to swim, so i decided to go to the kids pool , so a guy

in the hotel were great - the pool area was clean , good for kids and there was a bar beside it

there were kids and i think an exception could have been given seeing it was a holiday and i would have taken

do not allow kids at the jacuzzi in the pool area
the staff is great felix the bell boy was so nice and welcoming with me and my kids
room service after 11, my minibar fridge was broken, i called reception to have my room clean and
must separate the parking from the guess from the people who go as casino customers
it's like coming home. the staff remembers you. the breakfast is great. perfect location.

the balcony are not kids friendly. room with balcony is preferable for kids 13 and above.

pool was a bonus but the deck around it needs updating/repair
