the beds were comfy. the kids loved the pool. staff was friendly and helpful.
had 2 kids that got sick and i told front desk right away they said they made a note to clean our room

did not like the property- over priced and filled w/ kids who ran around halls banging doors pressing every
hockey teams there when we were there for dr appointments and trying to get to sleep at night and kids making
team (high school) had some kids on the 8th floor where we were; they were given rooms directly across the hall

there were some unruly kids climbing up the slide backwards and shoving each other
loved everything, great breakfast, friendly employees, and kids loved pool area.

kids enjoyed pools and the hot tub
kiddie pool needs an update, but the kids still enjoyed it
were broken the maintenance man came to look at it while my husband and i were playing on the kids water slide
breakfast was not ready at 6 like advertised and also the kids pool area play fountain did not work
there was a small kids pool where the pictured water feature did not work

the pool was great for the kids
a lot of kids running around slamming doors and screaming.
we happened to stay during weekends of kids hockey and basketball tourneys so it was loud
was so strong my eyes burned and i didn't even get in the water i was just sitting watching my kids
