i had 21 family members there 11 were kids

i was there with my too kids and couldn't use any of the amenities of the hotel

many kids, price was elevated, smell messy

was modern and very attractive - pool area was fab (evening at the fire pit) - bar was nice

the hotel was undergoing major building and refurbishment work, resulting in the gym and restaurant being closed

staff are really professional when i arrived they gave my kids some gifts , the receptionists and the conserge

not catered to kids

fancyyyy ..i took my 11 and 9 yrs old kids...they were zo satisfided...

service, great pool area, large rooms, 5 star cleaning, very attentive staff, kids-friendly

staff kindness, comfort, attention to details, kindness to kids, made us feel like home
