i felt everyone was very safe and the kids could
we never once used the pool as it was always overrun with little kids including the hot tub, from morning till

in the reservation were confuse because i reserved a room for two adults and two kids and staff argued the studio
lots of families and kids drove us away from the pool area
so if you want quiet make sure your not next to a bunch of kids
pool was too noisy with loud music and screaming kids, which prevented us from even approaching.

the receptionist did not tell me there was a kids pool party scheduled and during my interview the maintenance
courtyard and pool and secure parking
was very unprofessional; pool bar had no change, couldn't take ccs and waiter did not want to be bothered
parking behind the hotel is a little sketchy, but we had no problems
the room we got was beautiful, everything worked well, we were able to drop off laundry and pick it up in 2

that being said the local people are wonderful, kind, polite, we loved watching the kids do participate in
the kids were sad is wasn t working and the pool was kind of dirty
one extra charge had to deal with the kids
the kids liked the pool and and the adults enjoyed them warm tub
they were playing videos with little kids singing

attempts to overcharge for the pet 4 times compared to booking

lounge chairs with towels (there are plenty of chairs with clean towels placed on them), the kids pool is very

none of the guests wore masks or observed social distancing, and there were a ton of kids everywhere
staff were super friendly and extremely attentive, especially when we were lounging by the pool
awesome to stay in a top notch resort which is also discretely pet friendly
