to get to the hotel you have to wait for a golf cart or van to come take you as you're a bit far but we walked

the kids club is basic and poor, there are no evening entertainment as shows and parties

could not check in until 15:00 the swimming pool was full of screaming kids, so no chance to enjoy it

our tv never worked and there were constant kids in the adult areas
didn't like how there was no separation from adult and kids pool
the pools. they were a bit dirty. not for kids.
there were tons of kids and we we on our honeymoon and the pool really wasn't that big and it was always packed

my kids loved the little cafe for late night personal pizza
alot of kids from school trip stayed there
they also had free popcorn and drinks for the kids

the pool area is very nice, they have ping pong for the kids
many kids at the pool and in the hot tub, which led me not to spend much time in that area
kids loved the chocolate chip cookies upon arrival
so if sleeping 4 adults or bigger kids, it may pose a small issue

i was traveling all day with young kids as young as 3
i didn't go in the pool, it was full of kids jumping in and out and you know what that means
pool is tiny and too full of kids for my taste

i paid $770 for two adults and two kids and was not happy with the quality and the amount of food in 1919 and
the breakfast wasn't great for kids but we ate at other restaurants outside the hotel
