kids food was a joke, frozen meat from the supermarket
dinner, we dined one night and i ate off the kids menu which i really enjoyed
breakfast was equally tempting with a wide choice of food
the hotel itself is lovely, with comfortable rooms, a great breakfast, and a relaxing atmosphere

as we travelled in august, high-season, and there were a lot of people with kids, it was easy to hear people
wonderful breakfast, beautiful view, kids room with toys was very nice and pools also great!
the kids really enjoy the pool - it is quite a setting

we arrived with two kids at 23:30 the receptionist asked a lot of questions, she or anyone helped with the bags

, this 3 stars hotel has it all ,good breakfast ,quiet , and comfort , pleasant staff too, great views you can
the small bar and the restaurant near the church behind the hotel were also pleasant, as were the views from
views of the valley, beautiful infrastructure, bonus indoor swimming pool and a good restaurant
restaurant but everything i had was really nice, really clean, friendly and helpfull staff a good breakfast too
there needs to be more handrails for older clients especially in the swimming pool and bar areas

the lady in the kids club on our last day was a delight
it s a family friendly hotel with good crib and kids club playing room
view, really special place indeed, really nice pools for both kids & adults, water is warm
no kids allowed in the spa area, which makes for an even better relaxation time
the children's playroom had a bad smell, which made it unpleasant for the kids to spend time there definitely

the beautiful view on the douro valley, the infinity pool, the exceptional kindness of the hosts
