the facilities are great and kids activities are wonderful
4 kids in the jacuzzi meant we could not use it at 4pm and had to go in later
were excellent and great for kids
didn't we would pay an extra 25 for a extra kids bed in room
on arrival, a beautifully presented welcome pack with kids games, guided walks and treats was left in the room

room we were in (322) was unbearable hot, which with 2 young kids in the room meant not great nights sleep
the kids really enjoyed the pool
lovely breakfast, a few drinks in the bar at night and then went to the pool with the kids after we checked
friendly staff and fantastic pool for us + kids
warm but asked for an electric fan and was sorted out straight away, spa and pool were amazing my kids loved

a minor thing: in the kids box i would put some drawings, activities or a toy, rather than chocolates only (my
sharkies pool is probably one of the best kids pool we ve been to, all very thought through
we got a bed and a treat for our dog and the whole hotel is just made for families with kids, our 4-months old
kids love playing in the swimming pool and game room
it is such a key feature of the kids activities that i felt we should have been told before so that we could
