so the girl had to move us to another table close to the pool/kids area

had to go by foot out of the hotel to find a pizza place to have something to give to my kids to eat

bigger menu for lunch with more choice or tapas would be good & kids menu would help

not enough towels. for pool, shower and hair one towel is not enough

no inside restaurant. no room service. no wine list to look at

yes, the walls might be soundproofed but the windows are not and being directly opposite the kids club which

we also had to pay for the kids buffet even though they were not eating

great location, clean, lots to keep kids entertained.

there is a shallow kids pool with water sprays and a slide, and a larger pool with small waterfall

shower head flew off if you turned the water on too quickly which soaked the whole room kids night entertainment

lovely pool and marvelous games room and surrounding grounds

breakfast was cold and choice was limited. kids loved the waffles and muffins.

entertainment was not to my liking and unfortunately it does disturb the atmosphere in the bar area, mainly due

pools clean and staffed by a lovely lady daily , towels available for pool area outside bar /games area clean

the gym / leisure and spa area is very small.
