location, plenty of space for kids to run around, staff were super nice
was 30 min from a swimming beach safe for kids
the grounds were beautiful, lots of space, great facilities for kids and adults to play (pool, game courts)

main pool is exceptional with separate kids pool and lovely tranquility pool
it was very costly to bring the kids and grandkids
view superb, the pools so beautiful and relaxing and with room for everyone, young families with kids, and older

room service at the time was not operating but we did know it was due to covid so it was

in fact, as a couple traveling without kids, we almost felt a little silly in the large room alone
not told that the main pool would be closed for our stay
