in the morning there are families with kids that run around the restaurant screaming
if you booked your room with breakfast included then you must give the voucher requested by the restaurant

the pool was cold! lol it was off season and unseasonally cold. so no fault of the hotel
found the music at the pool too loud, i think the volume could be reduced, also i think the water should be
