only thing which we feel that can be improved is the extra beds that were provided for our kids, which were not

even though they say on their site that they welcome children of all ages it is clear that kids are not considered

limited staff so not necessarily anyone around to get you a coffee by the pool
spa area is great, pool is big and heated (around 27c), sauna is clean

many comments mentioned that it wasn t great for kids, with little food or entertainment for them
i saw at least 20 kids fall(happily without any injuries) but a boy got his feet injured and bleed quite a lot

there was live music every night just under our balcony which made it hard for the kids to sleep
had two interconnecting rooms (for us and the kids) directly above the bar where concerts were held daily

the indoor swimming pool was small, smelly, filthy and crowded (full of entire families with kids)
