trouble with the people next door - very loud - kids beating on joining door - staff called twice with no help
some pills under the bed skirt, kind of dangerous for my kids
swim party going on, tons of kids very loud and busy.
friendly but we did reserve a room with 2 full beds and a roll out because there was 5 of us, 3 kids and 2 adults
pool a lot cooler hard to figure out how to get to hotel, no signage off douglas on how to get

pool is beautiful but not relaxing when overrun with kids jumping and screaming.
there was a lot of adults drunk and dancing in a very vulgar way at the pool while there were kids
however, i did enjoy bar in the lobby and the fitness center
the fitness center was very nice, nicer than some gyms i have been to, especially the locker room
very attentive staff. very tasteful breakfast. outside view from the balcony was beautiful.

my kids only lasted maybe 30 minutes
my family (husband and 3 kids) had it to ourselves when we were swimming first thing in the morning
kids allowed to roam halls past 1am
the grandkids swam and slept like kids do
i love also the fact that the receptionist arrange our room on the 1st floor since we have kids
