the family pool area was great for my kids (ages 4 and 6).
great location and kids loved it.
the splash pad for kids is full of bee's. need to get rid of them.
if you have kids you might not trust sneaking out 3rd floor two room sweat is nice
traveled with 2 kids and there was no kid channels

the pool at the resort not for kids. this was the selling point why i booked this hotel
the kids were not able to connect the tv to you tube or netflix i think it was all related to the poor
we had to use a less nice pool with our kids and there were no towels or place to get refreshments anywhere
was with my kids and it s not clear on the website however kids are not able to use the main pool sold as the
lots of large families, kids and noise, not what i was hoping for from a trip to napa

every time i called the front desk, room service or restaurants, there was no answer
the second day our room was in the middle of being cleaned when we returned from the pool at 5 pm
view from the pool across the vineyard is amazing
room service was barely edible and took over an hour for vegetarian pasta
we ordered room service for dinner and the pork dish was to die for

room was near the pool, and families with small kids have rooms near the pool, and small kids were noisy playing
the resort was huge but you dial zero in your room phone and request a ride and a golf cart comes and takes
also more instructions for public parking would have been helpful
has amazing breakfast and look for rene and gauge when you need a ride or great service at the pool
good facilities including the gym, swimming pool & laundry facilities
