staff was friendly and the kitchen was very nice to have to make food

staff were mean, sit at the pool with kids and try ordering i waited about 30 min before them attended, for
it seem to be a family reunion and much noise from the kids who are playing in the jacuzzi for hours so there
no room service

the pool need it a little more attention in maintaining the leaf out at least until the pool closing

you're booking a family room (with kids) with breakfast included then that should include the kids
the mosquitos even on the room we called staff they spread it,right,away but for someone who has kids that are
nice saunas, big pool, and second one for kids
during check in, the host informed me that although breakfast was included, it did not include kids just adults
so noisy we could heard everything from our room, the kids, the loud doors, people with their own music near

a huge cloud moving in the whole hotel) which made us cough while we were at the pool with the kids
moldy musty smell locals using the pools with screaming kids and drunks by the pools

also, while occupancy was low, they placed a family with kids next door to me who turned the tv up to high
triple bed room for our kids had significant issues with ants
