airconditioning was not functional, and wifi didn't reach the upper floors
no staff, no spa facility, no room service, no help with suitcases, no introduction to property
paintings all over the lobby, stairs, salons, inner courtyard, good breakfast buffet, good gym
beautiful hotel in lovely area of oviedo. lobby bar excellent service!
