bed is awful and discomfort plus no sheets, no blanket, and no pillows for our kids

they prepare meals as needed throughout the day, and there is also room service

wifi doesn't work in the pool and restaurant area (but does in the rooms and reception)
the laundry service is too expensive
there were inconveniences with the wifi signal, and the staff solved it 2 days after.
everything from the staff to the rooms and the breakfast were amazing

old, unkept it was, staff was not friendly pool was load and filled of kids floors were dirty and much more that
during our stay hotel was full with teenage kids who were making a lot of noise all around the hotel, and staff

hotel is not meant for family with kids
pool area is too small and to make matters worse they let kids in, making noise and splashing water everywhere
area was great, especially for our kids
