water spray inside rooms 402 and 411 is very high pressure that can cause harm to small kids
no kids club restaurants close at 11pm
female lifegard ibtesam was the best thing in the hotel she is very friendly and great with kids she was the
we appreciated her efforts for us and the kids
not only they allowed us to have a nice pool view and late check out, but we also got a free room upgrade

the beach bar and outside area is like a fairytale

we couldn t dine until 9 then told we couldn t eat in the restaurant but should go to the bar instead
