good for kids, swimming pool is big, plus there is a nice jacuzzi, bbq area, billiard table by the pool and

the kids (girls 6 and 7) loved the pool

the maintnance man made sure the kids had fishing equipment. super nice.

the harbour is right across the street, with a fishing pier, kayak launch, and park for the kids
