having access to a pool for the kids when it was still cold out was a huge plus
my kids enjoyed there a lot as well
control in the room worked perfectly, the resort grounds were fun to adventure with my kids and oh the view
families should note, there is a small carousel on property for kids to enjoy

also very sad to see a homeless family with 4 kids in parking lot i gave them food hope they found a room
was charged for staining 1 towel and 2 wash clothes for cleaning cheese puff dust off my kids hands
out is at 11am and housekeeping knocking before that time is frustrated when a person has little kids to get

breakfast was good, location of the property in relation to the ski area was excellent

everything was great but a little more variety for hot breakfast items would be even better.
however, i found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at steins lodge very inconvenient

nothing major, just sometimes inconvenient with kids
after 15 hours of driving in the car with three young kids we finally reached our hotel at 11:00 pm
the pool and hot tub were great for the kids and the location made it perfect to get all the places we needed
i had to go back down to get two new rooms on another floor, so that was sort of a pain with 5 kids in tow
