best kids hotel ive ever stayed at cant wait to come back with all the children in my family x
loads for kids to do- pirate ship water playground, slides, safe baby pool, soft play centre, kids club,
is lovely, staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel has everything what you need, for kids a lot of attraction
activities suitable for all ages, our babies enjoyed it and so did our preteen kids
good location, nice for kids, good food;

we travelled with our two kids and really enjoyed swimming in the heated outdoor pool and lying in the sun with
children loved the kids club
also it was a shame the zen pool had so many kids it would have been better as the adults area
our kids were in the family pool and were told to be quiet

from what i could see from the digital notice board they had lots on for families and the kids
the pool area was relaxing to be in with plenty of loungers and space to move them around
room was tiny only 3 plugs - one for tv one for fridge one for you wifi not reliable always braking out we were
bar prices very reasonable
the pool area was tidy and pretty amd lots of room

a shop just for snacks especially when you have kids
could not fault the hotel, food was fabulous great selection, kids loved the entertainment and the pool was just
buffet for dinner & breakfast had wonderful choices for kids & adults
free admission to the zoo and theme part which was amazing for the kids
my kids are 15 and 13 years old and this was a perfect vacation for that age range

excellent choice on buffet menu excellent entertainment program for kids
food was lovely , rooms cleaned every day , pool was closed off so was easy to keep a eye on the kids , close
the food selection was amazing, really enjoyed and the kids found many things to eat too!

work at all, pool was dirty and had no life guard or staff near (there was always at least 10 kids in it), shower
too many people crammed into a kids pool isn't acceptable
spanish kids (12 of them) playing football outside our room (627) on the
all inclusive, indoor pool and kids pool area on roof.
we are fine with this but wish that they didn't advertise a kids disco when they didn't plan to have one

the kids club hours are very short although the people that work there are wonderful
y nights and early morning) bad service on reception dinner starts at 20-00 ( with kids it s too late)
it's essentially a one-stop resort where everything is included especially their new kidsdom concept,
the check-in online did not save us from waiting in the line (not really short one) the in-door kids playground

one of the lifeguards are on the slides was brilliant with the kids
with massive 20kg suitcase and bags pushing a special needs child in her buggy and 3 small kids in tow to sort
great place for kids lots of entertainment
pool floor is made of small stones that are rough and ripped half the tow nail off my little girl
the premium pool was absolutely amazing

i recommend that hotel for families with kids
games room, kids pool and plenty of sun beds
you can spend all days at the pool and taking part in the animation games for kids and adults
it was so close to center and beach you can walk both of them with even your kids so easily
also looks really good for families with 2 pools, 1 dedicated to kids with slides and all sorts

there was entertainment on every night and kids entertainment
great for families with kids because they could relax around the pool and watch the kids while adults without

the kids pool was a lot colder than the adult pool. that was the only issue
fun activities for kids and the whole family

pool was freezing needed to be a little more warmer so kids could enjoy it more
brilliant we went on a couples trip for a few chilled day and loved it enough that are taking the kids back next
