the kids really enjoyed it :) we loved staying there and could definitely have stayed longer
pool area noisy until very late in the evening, with kids running around and screaming
nice pool which is great for kids
the service at the restaurant was amazing, they were so attentive to my kids, gave them extra chocolate on
the look of the hotel was amazing, the pool area was relaxing, the food was delicious and the rooms were clean

location close to restaurants of parque de novio didnt get to use the pool as it was some very windy days
wifi worked well also
we were on the 1st floor and way too close to the kitchen
everything ok excepted wifi, good at reception, bad in room
pool area wasn't open and the pool didn't have water

we were a big group of 12, so the first morning breakfast took a little longer, but from day 2 on it, we let
the pool, very small, i would not call that a pool
wifi was erratic at best
they have a little snack bar that they stock at lunchtime with little snacks and it was a nice bonus
the wifi was very poor and had some issues.
