snd complicated and very poorly labelled and explained and it was not a good situation with kids after a long
-front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed by the hockey tournament and the 50 + kids around so i understand but
the walls were pretty thin so the next sports kids at 6am was really loud
pool wasn't as glamorous as pictures showed. pool was also cold. no hot tub.
room service shouted and knocked the door to door at 8am in workdays

nice pool and play area for younger kids
it had a great pool with a slide and a playroom for little kids
have a family zone that has an arcade , swimming pool , laundry , and a play area for younger kids
room is clean, we book during the time of march kids fun so a lot of activity for my daughter and she really

was able to walk with kids to cn tower, aquarium and many dinner options
room next to us had 6 little kids that spent hours running and screaming and playing with the door handles, and
they had animals in the pool area for the kids to play with which really made the trip for them
we specifically appreciated the activities for kids
the staff was very accommodating, friendly and polite especially dealing with kids.
