kids club was exceptional, rooms were clean, spectacular staff, gorgeous pool, loved the beach
out of 4 restaurants, 3 restaurants accepted kids under 12

too many screaming kids
performances (mostly 9 pm) were too late for our kids so we didn't catch any of them
wifi signal in the room very unstable and not flexible on checkout time
travel often and this is the first hotel where you had to pay for wifi
i do not think things could be improved upon except wifi should not be charged for.

we wouldn't stay there again as there were too many kids, the pool was not heated and in an awkward location
but they did have plenty of activities for kids and it was the perfect place to relax on the beach and drink
and that you can use the facilities on the second tower, where you can find heated pools for kids and
around the pool as well put some signs of don t smoke as many families are there with kids

few times, but there has been some kind of weather issue causing larger waves than usual, so the kids never got
of the renovation, there was only one restaurant option, and the buffet was not as extensive for kids to pick
