a brochure with details of local amenities and wifi code etc would be

staff at the hotel, we arrived to find no water in our room and the bar closed and it was 45 degrees, we had

premises has bar and restaurant facilities which were not open, which was a little disappointing

or you can park by yourself at arenal (public area at a park where there is a real plane for kids to play)

the roof top bar is beautiful with nice cocktails

at our next hotel, in granada, we received a phone call saying we had left my insulin in the mini bar and they

wifi signal was good

prohibitive prices to send out laundry. i wound up going to a local laundromat c. 2 km away.
