in my personal opinion, this type of resort is noy ideal for kids.
the tiles were all loose, so that it was dangerous for our kids to play

kids menu too complicated and expensive as well

not great if travelling with small kids
jacuzzi and spa are also a lovely added benefit
jungle atmosphere, comfortable room, clean and there are a parking lot
near downtown, with parking, nice staff, gorgeous rooms, good breakfast, spectacular vibe it was better than
breakfast was good, if you want quesadillas or chilaquiles you must pay extra for them

our room was located at the exit of the bar/terrasse stairs and it was extremely noisy
they allowed our pet to be almost everywhere

took 15 min to arrive, trickling shower, cold dark rooms, burnt cigarette hole in the sofa, stale breakfast,

the pool area for the kids was great
very nice garden and good play area for small kids < 5 years.
comfortable beds, warm pool, jacuzzi, quiet place, great location- very close to restaurants.
the pool was warmed and the size made it so that you feel it's all yours
only complaint i have is about the pool - the tiles are falling off all over the pool

increible and great kids club. princing could be better for guest staying in hotel
they were not kind with the kids, and we had to bring things by ourselves
