we didn t sleep well because of slamming doors and loud kids
we had 4 kids with us and it s very important to have a place that the food is included with your stay
didn t get in until after 2 in the morning, finally got the kids to bed, and they started drilling and working

there was only one working elevator and it shook and groaned so much my kids were afraid to get on it

not sleep due to room above us with kids jumping and bouncing around
not to mention, bad language from some of them in front of young kids

the amenities were good, my kids loved the pool

desk clerk was very helpful with finding evening activities that my older kids would enjoy

i work 12 hours a day as a server and have two small kids so to get to escape and just relax and soak in the

had booked a non smoking room and mentioned that we will be reaching late(10-11pm)

beautiful hotel that was clean and quiet. the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.
evening reception with two free drinks tickets per adult, lemonade and snacks for kids
we stayed in room 110 and the woman with kids next to us was loud and the mom was smoking weed so we smelled
there were kids running through the halls at 3 am making lots of noise.
i have no complaints. i would have liked a hot tub but the kids enjoyed to pool!

really something that could be helped but the pool was always full with a lot of kids and families
the facility was clean and comfortable. they had an indoor pool, which the kids loved.
soccer weekend lots of kids running around. had to go out for breakfast as too crowded.
