was without cable tv the entire stay---supposed technical issues--no good when you have kids
when booking online there is no option to have kids at this hotel

breakfast options were good, especially for the kids
didn't give me top floor as requested and 2nd night kids running above us til midnight or later
my kids noticed it and immediately took the comforter off the bed and used their own blanket
pool was down and freezing then down again. bummed kids.

kids loved the cookies at the front desk
was really noisy do ti a few kids baseball games and they were very unruly and threw stuff around the hotel and
lady working the service counter did a great job with all the kids using towels
my kids loved the waffles with strawberries
swim from 10 to 11 which was extremely nice to be able to relax without the pool filled with kids

the hotel was able to honor my request for adjoining rooms, which made traveling with kids easier
we heard it on other room doors as well, assuming kids were just having fun
pool was complete chaos with about 30 kids running around and only one other adult in there
our kids were disappointed
too many bangs on doors and walls and kids running up and down the hallways through our the night
