staff were great and friendly, particularly with kids
was lots of different things to choose from for your breakfast with each dish replenished when needed

pool was a huge disappointment, nothing like it was in the pictures (more like a kids pool or a decoration pool
we did not try the jacuzzi, as they told us it was not for kids
room despite having a really cool playground for the kids, smelled cigarettes and that gave me a hard time
did have to strap the windows shut with a belt in the kids room for safety reasons
