went to the bar for happy hour (where draft beer was advertised) and they had no draft beer
one morning we ate at the restaurant and the next we brought it to our room so it felt like room service
sadly, the restaurant and bar left room for improvement
appreciate bottled water in the gym

was very nice to the kids
we requested a roll away bed, one was not available. one of our kids had to sleep on the floor.
my kids loved the waffle maker

close to my kids' place so it was handy for that reason
one more thing, how can hotel front desk people do not know where the hotel laundry room is
pool closed, kitchen closed, room near dumpster early morning trash collection noise
parking garage is right behind the hotel

it was just me and two young kids, and my daughter broke out and itched all night
will say there was a cute hot cocoa bar at the front that my kids liked
breakfast could have been better. eggs were bland and not enough options.
breakfast selections were a little limited.
the offering of breakfast is a great added benefit, more variety for food diverse individuals would have been

the pool area was relaxing as long as there were no kids in the area screaming
pool area is small and kids screaming echoes through the entire room

facility and fabulous breakfast and good location and friendly staff my kids loved the

we loved the free snacks, dinner and breakfast. plus the pool was a big surprise for the kids!
pool area was pretty unruly with little kids running and filling up ice bucket from drinking fountain and
indoor outdoor pool was fun for kids even in the winter

pool was a little murky and chilly for my taste but my younger kids didn't mind
the network wouldn't (or couldn't) allow my kids nintendo switches to connect
our room was incredible large with plenty of room for our kids to move around
disappointed with this, biggest reason to use this hotel was reviews and it had a pool for the kids
the lady at desk was awesome. food was good, kids enjoyed the pool. everyone was nice.

the couch beds are hard as a rock and my kids were supposed to sleep on those so we had to ask for a pile of
my 3 kids got cuts on there feet from something sharp in the pool so did others they said they will take
kids slept through it
