i have great memories of staying there with my kids and it did not disappoint staying there again, this time
pool was freezing cold, so the kids mostly stayed in the hot tub that was only lukewarm

is no fault of the resort but upstairs guests with kids running, jumping, moving things and slamming things on
i was traveling with me kids and there was plenty of options for entertaining

there are a lot of families visiting but nowhere to sit and have a drink while the kids play, which is common

sushi restaurant is a hallway with shoji screens on the end and curtains between it and the bar area
other 5-star hotels we have stayed at included breakfast, especially for this price

did like that my kids run around and not being a motel
location, clean apartment style set up, kids loved the murphy bed option in the the living room to spread out

parking was a bit of a challenge as hotel parking doubles as golf course parking too
we were right on the golf course and the view was amazing. very relaxing and quiet.

soooo many kids. not a romantic quiet getaway as we were hoping.
returning to complimentary hot chocolate and cookies after a cold ski day was a highlight for our kids
have loved to have a microwave in the room in order to heat up breakfast for our kids rather than eat in the

we are a family with teenaged kids the music didn t bother them but for me after skiing all day i like to
had great stay, we were upgraded to two room apartment with fireplace and living room, 3 tv, kitchenette fully

a handful of times when i asked for things like spa reservations, i got some push back and multiple conflicting

the room was amazing but they put people with kids on both sides so we couldn't use the hot tub really with
main pool and spa could be updated but my kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the view from the spa was

they do have a cool pancake machine that the kids liked, but it was spitting on half-cooked blobs of goo
