as we had a surprise birthday party for my grandson gave us breakfast to go bags at 4am we had 4 kids and 3

working the night it got up to 78 in the room before it turned back on, the pool was full of kids the workout

very clean & beds very comfortable. kids enjoyed the pool area. breakfast was amazing!

carpeting was thin so you could hear people walking and kids jumping

the pool and gym are closed due to covid

it was perfect for my kids and i. we stayed one night on our way back to michigan.

the tv had no disney or channel for kids

on the last day breakfast was cool. some of the food was not replaced. but good overall.

pool was bad maybe it was closed but it didn t matter

everything was good and clean and as expected! the breakfast was lovely!

the indoor heated pool and fitness center were great for the kids and the staff was so pleasant to talk to

including very young children being loud disruptive then observed staff cleaning rooms with these kids with

they had a find-the-missing-snowman game for kids, which was cute and a fun idea

my kids ended up having cereal

everything it was very clean and comfortable. our kids love the pool!

it for the kids to use the pool but it was so green and smelly they could not use it

i had a no smoking and no pet room--wonderful

pool was freezing cold. grandchildren were disappointed.

the parking lot and back sidewalk were treacherous.

kids were disappointed cause they were looking towards swimming all day

and too many kids at 9pm along with the parents drinking and partying in the pool

crowded with all the kids but not bad

trouble the handle on the toilet broke as soon as i used it as soon as we got there there were kids jumping and

but i didn't want my kids to miss out on pool time because others weren't

i realize thier prolly protecting themselves from college kids coming over from charleston and tearing things

breakfast was pretty skimpy in my book.
