aside from that the onsite restaurant was great and they have a pool that's great to exhaust your kids at

the kids and i loved exploring the remnants of the greenhouse heating system while walking on the glass

is only 10-15min walk to downtown grate place with kids. room is large and comfortable
was clean but as my kids put it 'smelled like a grandmothers house'

kids ran all over and were not supervised by their chaperones/ parents

pool was out of service and rhey didn't tell us that until we arrived. kids were disappointed.
always an extreme amount of kids in the hot tub no room for adults and parents don't consider the health risks
very clean, nice personal touches (hot choc for kids in lobby), and staff was friendly
there were a few nights of rowdy kids playing in the hallway at 1 am, but a quick call to the front desk and
jacuzzi was cold. kids were in it till close no adult time

the domestic violence took 2 hours of our night away in which i had to calm my kids down and speak to the cops
