enjoyed the availability of a pool
wifi was bad the first day and i had to incur expensive roaming charges to conduct my calls on
during the day the wifi was slow, but an advantage if you come for some good rest
the staff, the bed, and the breakfast at most.

the laundry guy damaged my t shirt and didn't tell me, found out when i was gone

the friendly staff like mary, the lovely receptionist who assisted me with travel arrangments and spa treatments

pool was half empty and looked
for example, the advertise there is a swimming pool but it was not in operation for the entire duration of my
little to no wifi and when you do get connection, it cuts off after a few seconds or the most 2-3 minutes, then
your gym was also not operation to enable me exercise
but there is only one small restaurant with a seating capacity of may be 20 people, there is no bar as advertised

i complained about this not one station for kids
loved the pool and jam rock restaurant made lunch or dinner to match the exotic taste buds of any world
a small thing i like my coffee only place was in bar i mean cappuccino latte nothing by pool area

their swimming pools for kids and adults with gradual depth (from 4ft to 8ft) is absolutely a plus
suggest a small spa and kids play area
clean over priced food and drinks no lift facilities for disabled people or families with young kids
didn't do any effort to help with our request of having room together with our kids

no crepes for kids at breakfast as mentioned on menu or children's friendly glasses
room service prices for bar and restaurant was very expensive and overpriced

excellent breakfast too and they served dinner, even very late in the day
breakfast was exceptional because i asked to get porridge and the young girl made a good bowl of my
wifi was also unstable

a bit late to pick me up with the shuttle, so got a taxi instead after waiting sometime
