there was a tournament in town with many young and energetic kids and she was so flexible and accommodating

that the pool was down for maintenance and that was the whole reason i bought a hotel for my kids to swim

we had more coffee available in the kitchenette and more bath towels in the bathroom

our kids loved the breakfast and pool, and the location was perfect for us

booked this hotel because it had a nice pool for my younger kids but the pool was closed because the pump broke

would you really consider this as secure when kids enter the restroom and you are with your pants down there

the chlorine in the pool was extremely high, the kids eyes were burning and they were coughing horribly due to

kids running in the room above and people next door allowing the door the slam all night were

the bar was very well-kept!

room service for a late dinner was delayed and front desk staff was courteous to call our room to

restaurant and bar still closed while most other local establishments being open.

there was no information in the room about the wifi, minimal hangers, pillows smelled like sweat and because

it is all about location and a friendly staff. rooms are fine. i like the gym.

glass doors on bathroom not appropiate for families with kids/teens.

bar was a nice touch that provided a great opportunity to meet other parents visiting with their kids touring

the rooms were very clean, breakfast was very good and the staff went out of their way to be helpful

we could not find a opening anywhere with a pool and my kids were bummed when we were told that it made our

jacked the prices up alot when we wanted to stay an extra night because college kids and parents were in

to find: down a driveway that was part of a parking lot, in a lot behind other lots

kids said pull out bed we not very comfortable

because the college kids are coming back prices skyrocket

only skim milk, 1% would have pleased the kids

i was also worried the kids would break it, simply should have been on the other wall next to main door

kids next door were having a party or something and kept chanting and yelling

the place was little houses and townhomes which gave our kids the room to play without having to monitor them

they do have some basic items for breakfast which was nice

was very cozy, had a fireplace. kitchen had dishes and ability to cook.

spa tub motor was broken ;-( i needed that tub after a very stressful day but it was deep and

was hair in the spa tub we didn't even turn it on incase more stuff come out

bed, better than average free breakfast (hot items along with the usual), outdoor swimming pool was refreshing

room smelled horrible and none of the exercise equipment in the fitness room worked.

(and completely new) great breakfast, nice atmosphere in main lobby, bed
