we didn't use our breakfast vouchers because breakfast ended at 10 and our kids normally are heavy sleepers

i asked for two beds and a long sofa, they didn t have what we asked for, so one of my kids sleep on the floor

we have kids so our sheets did have a little sand in them so the second day there we asked for room service
also the food pantry for pay didn t have good alternatives to sugary drinks and sodas for kids, like juices
