someone had booked kids of 3rd floor above us again

one of our beds had bed bugs in it and they bit one of my kids.

they upgraded us to a bigger room just to be nice because of our kids at the same price :)

no ice maker and pool drained (we were not going to use but if we had kids it would have been an issue) charged

he even brought out a variety of cheese danish out for my kids

the owner was very nice and accommodating. pool was open for the kids.

the complementary breakfast was lacking.

from the staff to the room and breakfast, everything was excellent. this hotel does it right

no hot tub in the pool area.
