kids didn't care
pool at desired temp would have been great, but as i said above it didn't stop my kids!
that the pool was not heated! my kids were upset

1st room had a very bad wet smell front desk said he didn't smell but my kids and i both smell it
the pool my kids enjoy. and the 2 nd room we had to be place in was large.
tere was a hs team there w/ about35 kids or more taking up every seat and not moving when finished adults w/
kids running above our room at 6am
there we're a ton of kids there and many were playing in the work out room while i tried to work out

chose the hotel for the indoor pool to keep our kids busy, however when we arrived the pool was not available
loved the location and proximity to lu. we were visiting our two kids who attend there.
taken care of better there were face masks in drains and no towels in the mmorning unsupervised kids were a

there were a bunch of college kids outside sitting and carrying on till 1 am and could hear everything
the pool but you had nothing for kids to do
issue seemed to be someone did not clean bathroom well after maybe kids put poop on wall
alarm went crazy at 3:30 in the morning for about 10min apparently some college kids were smoking weed in the
where so many kids and they didn't respect others especially when people are trying to sleep and enjoy vacation

and there were packs of kids running around keeping us up until after 2:00 am
no swimming pool, jacuzzi or any recreational or play activities for kids :(
a pool and hot tub and restaurant but had none of these so i had to go to a different hotel so kids could have
the kids loved the smart tvs in the room!
we like to take the kids on trips and playing at the hotel pool is one of their highlights

control over the other travellers - there were were kids jumping and running in the hallway and in the room

shuttle service wasn t working the whole trip and room service cut off at 10 pm.
the finishing touch was breakfast delivered at our door in a shoeshine box
breakfast was good but the muffins were not up to the normal we have had in the past
love the high ceilings, cleanliness, free parking and breakfast goodies
no wifi, restaurant and bar are closed on monday and the breakfast was a joke

is so nice and i have kids
amazingly, it was priced so that my kids and i (a middle class group) could enjoy all of the opulence and
had to call room service a few times to get our breakfast order right but they were very accommodating
the hotel is lovely, my room was wonderful and the fitness center was great
rooftop bar had beautiful view of downtown, good drinks and food

we laughed it off with the kids, but they had been excited to swim there
the parking lot seemed dangerous

the woman serving breakfast was so warm and friendly. we had 6 kids and she was very patient
the kids and i loved the pool
kids were running in the stairwell and our room was next to it so late at night and early in the
maybe kids jumping off bed, but it was pretty constant until about 11 pm
we came down for breakfast a few minutes early, staff was friendly and supportive to the kids not having to wait
