your staff team 1 i knew was special she was wonderful especially with my kids

my kids were happy and so were we

the kids loved the pool but my husband and i were looking forward to a hot tub, not a cold pool

the staff, the pool, and the breakfast was really good!

all the staff from registering, checkout, breakfast/ kitchen and housekeeping very friendly and

we were on the third floor, kids were running up and down the hallway

pool too small and kids playing in hot tub. kids in pool 2 or 3 playing with football.

kids in that group were allowed to run in and out, slamming doors, screaming and yelling

pool was out of order.

there wasn t a hot tub at the pool which there was one in the picture when advertising for it and i thought

kids from a travel ball team, but the staff had posted signs about quiet hours, so they weren't too

pool was broken, ceiling in the bathroom was leaking

breakfast was excellent, much more than we expected

very good breakfast. warm and never ran out of food. liked the variety.

the free wifi is open. no password protection. it is not safe to use.

i should have moved to another but had 2 small grandkids with me and all of their stuff so it was too much to

group came through the parents did not care if the kids were loud

last two nights were loud, kids running up and down halls till midnight

plus we could hear people and/or kids walking or running above us

i believe a banquet was going on and the kids were running wild

that did not stop the kids from swimming in it, but they were shivering the entire time

parents and their kids

adults could socialize and kids could play at the same time

the location and surrounding area. the kids loved the pool. breakfast was a great surprise.

breakfast could ve had more variety for kids

walls were paper thin - heard kids playing until 11pm next door

-the staff was friendly - kids liked the waffle maker -breakfast room was clean

up the room they put us in the heater broke we has to call desk at 2 am to ask them to handle the kids running

the kids liked the pool

no elevator and travelling alone, i was put up stairs, next to room with screaming kids and door slamming

in the rooms around us worked 3rd shift so it was hard to keep our kids from making too much

like that, it had a pool for my kids to play

no body has been able to sleep due to kids being loud and banging on the walls

wifi was dismal
