the bar & dining room downstairs had a charming, old west motif & very good pub food & pleasant,

queen suite room was spacious and clean and stocked with all the utensils and kitchen items i needed

we were in a side room so there was a mountain view over the parking lot

despite calling before our trip, parking instructions were a little vague for an oversized vehicle

parking was tough, the restaurant let us park our car and trailer in their parking lot

since it was an inn i didn't expect kids..i had family w 3 kids next door

perfect for college kids on a budget

our young kids were sickened & upset, we wanted to leave the inn right then

were not comfortable at all my kids could not sleep in top floor pull out bed was squeaky and hard they ended

i was worried about parking after reading reviews but it was honestly fine

rooms were roomy, but pull out couches are very uncomfortable for kids

we were placed in a ground level suite right behind a high school with kids playing soccer as early as 7:30am

i also just wanted a nice drink or so after the kids went to bed and couldn t even use room service

would be nice if the hotel had a pool, but given the location that would be difficult

having a shuttle into the heart of town as parking there is terrible.

pool was great for the kids. walking disrance to town.

the pool was small but fun enough for the kids

but you had to cross a very busy 4 lane road to get to the town, which i would hate to do with kids

the pool was nice. the grandkids loved the swimming. the breakfast was good.

the hot tub was too crowded with kids, even after 8:00 pm

great rooms, staff ,breakfast and area. very welcoming and friendly.

the spa had damage and the blue water i could do with out in the pool

heated pool and spa pool are in the atrium of the hotel, but god forbid you go down there without kids

that was very annoying since the kids in our party were swimming in the indoor pool and wet but had to walk

lewis college where my kids attend are excellent reasons for me to continue using best western rio grande

drinks in the evening was amazing after spending the day with the kids

they have a cookie station and popcorn machine which kids loved.

should have similar rules for kids as for pets-to respect peoples

hours could be later, so when kids go to bed, adults can relax & enjoy it

we were on the ground floor and were a little worried about noisy kids overhead but between the continuous fan

the room doors are a little loud when opening/closing so sneaking out to go to the gym while the kids were
