the pool area was so crowded my kids did not feel comfortable swimming

in addition the unit is right next-door to a kids park resulting in from 7 am to 7 pm or later there are children

on first floor so i didn't feel comfortable sleeping with window ( with kids) open for air conditioning to run
they helped us get our luggage to our room and gave us tips for where to go with kids

the regular shuttle runs into vail were very useful and helped compensate for the remote location
down to the bar to have a drink drink with limited appetizers that wasn t the problem

were kids running all over the place - small children who weren't always well behaved, and with parents

with two small kids i decided to splurge and get a ski in / ski out property
pool and jacuzzis are the reason why we chose this hotel as we were traveling with our kids

luckily the kids didn t injury themselves, but it could be fatal for the feet
there were kids and teens running back & forth between the hot tub and sauna splashing so much water outside
t of booked if i didn t know got told to open the window not really safe when you have 2 kids under
proximity to lionshead village and our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

i think that breakfast works for families, but we don't have kids and prefer proper meals
only thing i would add would be a small space for little kids , a playroom maybe
breakfast offering was ok. toaster for bread and bagels was difficult to use and very slow.

the bar is a great spot to meet other travellers or even some locals with multiple other areas to sit
it would be nice if the bar and jacuzzi were open until midnight on the weekends
there were a variety of sitting areas and bar on first floor with guest kitchen available

lots of room for kids to spread out and still had some separation for three generations
the pool is not very large, so no lab swimming, but the kids enjoyed it tremendously.
