indoor heated pool and spa hours were great; open 24 hrs for adults, until 11pm for kids

loved the location of this hotel and our kids especially loved being able to walk out and swim in the bay

they were constantly pacing back and forth, probably had kids
and the kids at the property where allowed to run free being loud and overly obnoxious until 11 2 night of
we then had to unexpectedly drive to manistee to pick up one of our kids who was stranded at ohare
have no complaints when i ask for broom i got one immediately it could use small ground for kids
small shower, stayed on 2nd floor so loud footsteps of kids running back and forth early in the morning

really appreciated the complimentary towels and my kids loved the pool
the pool is large and kids are kicked out at 10 so adults have the pool and hot tub to themselves until 11

fire alarm went off and no explanation and it was scarey . kids upstairs of us were loud.
