i paid to have my laundry done, it was done quickly and smelled so clean

was a large party downstairs with kids running in the lobby and playing the piano unchecked all day long

used the spa s facilities and found them very good, including the pool, whirlpool and sauna

is just a little bland, no room service, the spa wasn t open and no bar or restaurant on site
they have parking and that is a big plus
a great spa after walking the camino. just wonderful place to stay.
