did take off points in the location rating as this makes it a terrible location if you have kids or if

however, if you re planning on being there on a sunday night, the bar directly accross the street pumps tunes
until 4am suggest bigger curtain to block out the light/sound no 'hotel facilities' open- like bar at reception
