concern - my husband stayed by the pool to visit with friends while i took kids up to bed

kids enjoyed pool was cold but they wanted to swim

my kids found two roaches in the bathroom and one crawling on the bed

small pool but other than that it s a great place.

towels were stiff/scratchy. no laundry bags available.

that not good for the hotel makes it look not safe spacially for kids

i came from a family wedding me and my family saw 1 couple fighting out in the parking lot

we moved the bed a bit to join the foams as we had little kids

no privacy in the bathroom to get undressed. not suitable for kids.

then the first day the person in the room next to me was coughing all night and hollering at the kids

i used the gym two days and it wasn't cleaned after the first day.

breakfast was ok the ammenities are great for kids the room very comfortable.

over night guy told my hubby saturday night that pool table closed at 1 so my kids and family didn t fully

living there with pets and you can here tv very loud and kids and babies crying the majority of the evening

booked this hotel as it had a pool and my kids wanted to go swimming every day of our week stay

pool was not huge but kids loved it, bartender was great, beds were very comfortable

was yelling at there kids and playing with them in hallway several times but it wasn't a big deal but didn't

i went for peace for my birthday away from kids and the trip to palacios was amazing

i really enjoyed my stay and will surely be back again with the kids next trip
