i had no hot water. and kids where running up and down hall

great hot breakfast buffet- tasteful modern appointments in the room and lobby

breakfast is nasty

the breakfast was cold and didn't taste very well

kitchen facilities could have been a little better

breakfast had lots of choices and was great

laundry facility does not work and they can?t refund you the money

clerk did not have quarters for the laundry or detergent

visible mold. carpet damage. uncomfortable bed. breakfast was gone by 8:00 am

pool and hot tub out of commission.

pool not very warm, bugs had gotten in it

hot tub was not available, the pool was not heated enough, no pool towels, my stool leaked on the floor, changed

the staff is very nice & friendly, the bed was very comfortable, & the pool was nice.
